This equipment is an automatically assembly machine for each parts, pin calibration checking and electric test for 1/2” thermostats. Insert the switching block on the attachments, then automatically flange loading, air blow cleaning, height measuring for pin, pin loading, pin rechecking, bimetal disc loading (normal open), finally standard cap loading, and calking. After calking mΩ measuring, 1.5?2.5KV puncture testing and eject for “Good”, “assembling NG”, “pin height NG”, “mΩ NG”, and “KV puncture NG”.

本装置は、アタッチメントにスイッチングブロックを自動投入するとターンテーブル方式により、次工程へと送られ、フランジ投入・エアーブロークリーニング・中蓋投入・ピン高さ測定・ピン投入・ピン投入済チェック・バイメタル自動投入（ノーマル　オープン）と、順次自動で行い、キャップ自動投入後、キャップカシメを自動で行う。カシメ終了後、ｍΩ測定・1.5?2.5KV耐圧試験すべてにおいて判定されたワークを自動取出しする。自動取出しは、良品・未完成品・ピン高さ不良・ｍΩ不良・耐圧不良と区別される。
